I purchased two gowns for a birth day gift on May 20th & I just received today June 18th. They took a whole month to send me the gowns, of course after my friend birthday. Now they are charging me $9.99 for their delays. Plus while reviewing my purchase history, realized I had never received my bathing suite cover up. I had purchased several things & forgot I had purchased it too. You cannot Ever reach them by phone. The chat window, even in the middle of the day is not open & shows closed. Worst service EVER!
I will not be ordering from this company again. There is nowhere on their site that indicates that shipping fees are not refundable. This is totally deceptive. Anyone reading their refund/exchange policy would expect to receive a refund for the merchandise AND the shipping charge. They've lost a very good customer.
Placed order May 7th with very fine print stating it was on back order. It said expected ship date of May 21. Called when not received after a May 27. Several times on hold, first time 1 hour and second time 2 hours! Finally talked with someone and was to, d it had JUST come in and was being shipped. Took 4 days to get info on when it was shipped to find out it was being shipped THAT very day. What timing. Took a day to get tracking info with a delivery date of June 5th, then June 7th, then June 8th and now June 10. But now I can't track it. Will NOT use them again.
I have paid for express shipping in the past and this time around because I needed clothing for an interview. When I went to check on the status of the order the following day, it said that some of the clothing could not be sent express and the clothing has not been shipped yet.
I placed an online (international - Canada) order in mid-December, 2020. I did not receive an email confirmation of that order so thought it had not been sent and repeated the online order. Again I did not receive an email conformation, so I gave up, thinking online international ordering was not possible. However, within 2 weeks both orders were charged to my Mastercard and in two more weeks I received by UPS two duplicate orders! Of course, I need to return one of these, plus two of the items in the order I am keeping which are defective. However, the UPS return-label site Roamans invoices gave for printing a return shipping label do not work, in spite of my repeated attempts over a period of time., I have also called Roamans customer service and been told they do not deal with international returns and that I needed to contact Roamans by post. I did so, and cc'd Full Beauty Brands and UPS as well with my request in a detailed letter mailed February 5,2021. To date (March 13,2021) the only recipient of my concern who has contacted me has been UPS. They tell me they cannot help, since the site for printing a return label is the responsibility of the shipper, which is Roamans.
Since I have been unable to get any kind of a response from Roamans and have found even their online processes to be defunct I am suspecting the company has gone out of business. If they are still in business I would caution anyone against ordering anything you are absolutely sure you would not need to return, since their return process seems to be non-existent.

Horrible shipping practices! At one point, I was told my package was handled by THREE DIFFERENT CARRIERS. Customer service had NO CLUE as to how to track my package. Do not even bother with this company.
When you order they say delivery is within 7-12 business days. My package has been sitting in a Pitney Bowes warehouse now for over a week with no new tracking information. Customer service from Roaman's states I can't declare it lost until after February ‘30th'! Last time I looked at a calendar there are only 28 days in February. Roaman's put the blame on the postal service but they have never received package from Pitney Bowes. I've filed complaints against Roaman's and Pitney Bowes with the BBB. My suggestion, order from somewhere else.
Although Roaman's has super cute styles, their quality is an issue you have to be careful with. It's best to wait for a sale, if you can. I ordered a beautiful chiffon blouse, that had an awkward fit. Definitely not true to size. I didn't return it, but it was an experience learned.
My Mother ordered lots of clothes from Roaman's since I was a little kid some 50+ years ago, so I felt like I could safely do the same. I was right! They sell clothes that actually FIT, unlike other places. I have never had a problem with the quality or an item not being as described. There has been only ONE mistake in over 15 years (wrong size) and they promptly sent the correct size, exchanging with the wrong one, and it was easy. Roman's is a sister store to Lane Bryant, FullBeauty, Woman Within, and Brylane Home ( for home goods like sheets, curtains, comforters, kitchen ware, etc. The thing i love about them being related it that I can use any of my cards from one store to buy from any other. For example, I can pay for and order at FullBeauty with my Roman's card, or any card from any of the other sister sites. I like the convenience of shopping there just a little too much. My UPS guy and I have gotten to know each other pretty well because he is here 3 or 4 times a week!
If you haven't shopped there in awhile because Roamans seems like its just too "old lady" for your taste, go back and try again. They have tons of newer, fresher prints and solids that will definitely perk up your closet. As you can tell, I am very pleased with Roman's and all of the sister stores except Lane Bryant ( too pricey, bad selection, pants never fit. Long enough is too narrow, and wide enough is too short, so who wants to pay top dollar for That?) Overall, you can feel safe ordering from them. Their word is good and so are their clothes. Finally, an online group of stores you can trust! And don't forget the rewards! I have gotten many $10.00-$20.00 off just for using my store card to pay!

None that i TRUST.ti I have not had any issues with this site. I have alwaus gotten my order and all returns/exchanges have been dealt with acurately and in a tmely fashion.
